Day 2

Ok, I just finished one hour of walking. Its a good thing that I have the day off. Whew. One more hour to go. I think I will try the more robust routine (do I have a routine?) in the morning and the more relaxed pace at night.

You know its interesting to have an hour to spend on exercise. Not have an hour, but dedicate an hour. Why haven’t I done this before? A whole hour just for my health? I have not even spent 15 minutes fulfilling a loosely organized eating plan.

This time spent on me, could really have benefits! I know I spend a lot of time teaching myself to knit or sew, but imagine the result of time spent on my health.
